apparently, Philip Pullman is a known atheist, so there were anti-religious themes in his books. New Line cinema has decided water down all those hateful themes so now all the atheists are pissed off.
you should read all the comments these guys have posted. I personally like how the Christians are telling the atheists that if they don't want a god in their lives, then that's their choice, but all that the atheists do, is bash the Christians for believing in what they think is a 'fairy tale.'
Atheists should just look around them, (or maybe take a bio class) how can they possibly believe that there's no god out there? How can they believe that mitosis/meiosis and the whole creation of life is simply due to chance?
